Assemblers and Packers- High volume position responsible for placing small components on metal stamped parts, inspecting and packaging parts for shipment to our customers. This position requires good dexterity, attention to detail and outstanding attendance.

Automatic Press Operator – Responsible for running programmable progressive steel stamping die presses. Must be experienced in steel stamping dies up to 1000 tons. Must know how to check parts to fixture. Operators are expected to assist in loading coils and die setting jobs. Excellent attendance, productivity and quality are required.

Welders (Resistance/Spot/MIG) – Requires operators to place metal parts in the machine, add components and cycle it to weld them together. Operator then moves parts to bin for removal to next step in process. Production based position. Outstanding attendance, quality and productivity are key.

Industrial Machine Repair Technician – Experience with industrial maintenance, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical fields. Experience in repairing Minster stamping presses. Knowledge in methods, materials, tools and practices used in building, electrical and mechanical trade. Knowledge of occupational hazards, and safety precautions of the trades involved. Operates forklift, and aerial work platform equipment and overhead crane. Must have own tools and exceptional attendance.
